Complaint Review: Storm Damage Leads

Duane Kronberg of Storm Damage Leads was quick to take our money, slow to deliver results, and quickly ignored us when there was no performance. He requires you to pay a percentage of the job when his leads close and requires money up-front for those future closed deals.

Duane claimed that he sends leads that have a higher probability of closing and as a result has you pay a large sum up front. However, he did not follow our contract and has kept all our money - with no sold jobs. Throughout the process we had to constantly ask Duane for more leads. We had to reach out to Duane many times to let him know that he was setting leads outside of the zones we had agreed to up front.

It was a constant struggle to receive any quality leads from him. We hired a second telemarketing company in addition to Storm Damage Leads. The same person that was running his leads exclusively for our business was also running leads from the other telemarketing company. All of Duane’s leads lead to zero sales. We experienced great success with the other traditional company that charged us per appointment.

Throughout the past several months we logged dozens of phone calls and emails pushing Duane to send us more leads. The other company we hired required no additional monitoring or conversations. The other company made phone calls in the geographic locations we requested, delivered leads, and we successfully closed those leads.

Duane Kronberg did not come through on his contract. He refuses to call us back. After months of trying to get a hold of him, we had someone within our company use a different number to contact him. Duane did answer the call and acknowledged that he received our messages and emails. He still is not willing to do anything for us. He claims that he will get us more leads when the next storm comes. He also claims that we didn't properly work the leads. However, when asking for proof of this he is unwilling to provide it.

Duane Kronberg comes off as a very trustworthy and knowledgeable person on the phone. Storm Damage Leads took our money up front, did not produce results like he promised, and when we asked for our money back, he disappeared.
