Tried to get answers from company to no avail. Tried to get money back to no avail. They told me that all of my documents of verification had not been recieved. Now this was not asked of me when they were taking my money. Internet
I opened up an account with Starling Capital with a $300.00 deposit. I have not been able to do any real trading because I was told that all of my verification documents was not recieved. I was not told anything about documents when they were taking my money. I asked to get my money back and to close my account ,but they keep saying I need to send in these documents.
