Complaint Review: Snowy Hollow Siberian Cats

On 10/1 I sent Anastasia Moccaldi, Owner/Operator of Snowy Hollow Siberian Cats, $200 deposit for a cat. The balance was to be paid upon delivery of the animal. Per Anastasia, she would deliver the cat after she to her to the vet to have her neutered. Shortly after, my wife then received a call saying that the cat died during the process and that the deposit would be returned. 2 months later I am still waiting for the return of my $200 deposit.

My wife has followed up with the owner every week only to have her make empty promises of returning the money she defrauded my family and I out of. After every call she says, "I will have it to you at the end of the week... " To anyone considering doing business with this operator, I would caution against it. She can not be trusted and lacks integrity. We should have done our due diligence prior to engaging with her.
