Complaint Review: SMALL TOWN AUTO SALES TAO TAO USA INC

   These guys are DISHONEST & ARE THEIVES!!  We bought a NEW TAO TAO scooter from this DEALER, may 15th 2012, which wouldnt start after owning it for ONLY 2 weeks and only riding it a few times .  So we took it back to the dealer for WARRANTEE REPAIR,  after not hearing from THIS DEALER FOR SOME TIME We tried to call several times with  no answer, response or returned call, even though we left several voice mail messages. When making the trip back to the OUT OF TOWN DEALER we discovered THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE OUR NEW $750.00 SCOOTER.  And yet claimed no responsibility as to its whereabouts ! ! 

   EVEN THOUGH THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS FOR THIS FOREIGN MANUFACTURER based in Dallas Texas, as well as there INDIANA / WAREHOUSE /DISTRIBUTION FACILITY WAS AWARE OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF ONE OF THERE LOCAL DEALERS.THEY HAVE FAILED TO DO ANYTHIG ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR DEALER ! !   APERENTLY THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED   ABOUT THE  CUSTOMER  AND END USER OF THERE PRODUCTS ! ! !

   THIS DEALER WHO IS ALSO A  DISHONEST USED CAR LOT.   SHOULD DEFRINATELY BE  PUT OUT OF BUSINESS ! ! !    BUYER BEWARE.
