I delivered at 1969 Triumph Bonneville for restoration/repair and a 1964 Honda 305 scambler for same. After several years the Triumph was returned in inoperable condition after paying $10,000.  The Honda was stolen and never replaced.

They have no attempt to remidy the situation. As a result I filed a civil suite and won a judgement that was deemed  a "Conclusion of Law" and awarded me $90,000. They have no bonding insurance to cover losses and have made no attempt to even offer a settlement. I have filed a report on the VIN on the Honda as stolen.

The Triumph cost me an additional $6000. to fix what they should have fixed, and to repair the defective work that they performed to include improperly machined parts.
