Scott Prendergast Failed to pay Completed Work. Upwork
Scott contacted me via Upwork for a project which we had done in the overnight, he kept bringing on new projects and new requests. It was a healthy relationship in which he made small payments as he got money and promised to pay as soon as he got more.
Projects started to get on a Standby. No more money came in. Every time I asked the status of them, he got pissed off, saying he would let me know once they got active again.
More requests came in, and money stopped flowing. Relationship broke. 3 projects completed, with a promise of being payed $700 USD.
Contacted him and got no reply, after 15 days, he dropped a line saying "He said he was working to get the money".
2 months from now, he refuses to accept calls, reply messages or stablish any kind of contact.
