Rubin & Rothman Islandia NY 4 year lawsuit against hospital bill Islandia, New York
i was taken to the hospital by police and once there, given many papers to sign, with no chance to read them. was treated badly. I got sued for not paying the bill, they said i said i had no insurance and i was liable. this went on for 4 long years, judgments, order to vacate,(at least 2 times); finally had a hearing and boy was their faces red. the lawyers didn't even have the correct paper (i did). arbritator ruled in my favor. They finally unfroze all my bank accounts.
