Was excited to go to get my hair done, but sadly this was a poor experience!
The hairdresser was very harsh and scratched my ears and neck, as well as the cut not at all being why I asked for. The cut took about 10-15 mins (asking her to cut it a bit shorter and give more volume).
The hairdresser also seemed not to understand English, making it even harder to communicate, even though see agreed with what I was saying. Paying such a high amount for such a bad experience was disappointing, hoping nobody else will do the same mistake.
