RIPPED OFF BY JD MARVEL PRODUCTS IT CAN HAPPEN EVENTUALLY

I finally received my merchandise today * * * after the company had cashed my check on September 27, 2001 (this is January 19, 2002)* * * but only after I threatened to report them to the US Postal Inspector and bring charges of mail fraud against them.

You can contact them by e-mail at customerservice@jdmarvelproducts.com and they will respond (usually). However, their answers are always new excuses why your product is so long in arriving, and new promises with new guess-timates about when you should receive it. My records indicate I sent four e-mails to them. After I sent the final message, one week ago today, giving them a time limit to refund my money and threatening them with the USPS if they did not meet that deadline, they did not respond; but my package arrived this morning.

If you are at your wits' end trying to deal with these people, this may be a way that works for you, too. Good luck!
