Complaint Review: Richard Simmons weight loss tapes

I am a 70 year old , home bound woman who wanted
to try some exercise. I answered a late night Ad (phone number only) for a tape and calorie counter. from Richare Simmons.
They taped the conversation [they said] and when the box came, it contained a booklet.some vitamines and a tape which was more of a 20 year
old than a mature person. $79.00 +
I paid that,but one year later "2000 I received another bottle of vitamines. $89.00. one year later 2001 another bottle of vitamines.$89,00...
Then I tried to call them but found no number or address. I informed my bank and they got me through by phone so I argued my head off teling I wouldn't pay and they said I have to pay.or mail back their merchandize at my own expense.
It was the principal of the thing that made me not pay, but I had to give in because it as charged and not the banks fault
this year YOU GUESSED IT....$109.00 for I don't even know what.
Richare Simmons may have lost weight,,,,but it sure was guts that got gone..
What's an old lady to do???
