Stay away from this con artists. I signed up for a month to month service and out of the blue I ended up in a 12 month contract. The first time I went to pick up my mail they didn't even have a folder with my name on it. James seems to be a nice guy but his customer support helping dealing with my issue was zero. I will highly advise people to stay away from this office and from the Regus virtual office services in general. SHADY.
