 Red Pocket Mobile is a pre-paid gsm wireless service provider that i tried for a very short time. they have poor service and poor customer service. you have to wait 20-30 min. for a agent. as if that wasn't bad enough, you better hope you don't get disconnected, because they will not and can not call you back. so if you need to call back, you have to wait that long time all over again.

i made the horrible mistake of giving them my paypal and banking info. i gave the banking info first and later told them to cancel that info and use my paypal account.  the second month i was with them, they took money from both accounts, totaling $120. i fought to get that money back. when i was on the phone with one agent, he told me that he had to put me on hold to talk to the billing dept  by the way, customers are not able to talk to that dept directly. only the agent can talk to them on your behalf.  i finally got my money back. the money taken out of my bank account, red pocket put back, after fighting tooth and nail with agents that all said something different. how could they work for the same company when none of them were on the same page.

i had two accounts, one for my son, who is away at school and my own. we both starting having trouble with our services. my son couldn't send or receive pictures, and i couldn't use my voicemail.
over 3 weeks time, we both called several times to no avail. not one person troubleshooting could fix the problem. one day i was on the phone for an hour, not including wait time.

finally i asked for a refund to which i was denied. we went to another carrier but i still fought for a refund. after we left and i cancelled my information with them, they proceeded to take another $120 from my paypal account and my bank account.

one day i called 5 times trying to get my money back, 4 times i got disconnected. the week before i called 4 out 5 days, trying to get a refund because paypal said i had to wait for their response/ an allotted amount of time, before they could refund my money.

at this point now, i have received $120, which includes some to paypal and some to my bank. i am still waiting for the rest. paypal said that if they don't hear from them by a certain day, the next day they will automatically reverse the transactions.

again, DO NOT use Red Pocket Mobile, if you don't want to be in the RED! and the service? well...let's put it this way, it couldn't get any worse. i wouldn't want them if they were FREE.
