This Cruise line seriously misrepresents themselves and charges you for upgrades that you never receive.  It was billed as a 2 night 3 day cruise, however it left at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday and returned at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday so you are basically paying for a day and a half at most.  They upgraded our cabin to a suite for an extra $100 dollars and repeatedly assured us there was a queen size sofa bed in the room and there was not.  Not only that but it was not the suite they had said they were upgrading us too.  We paid the going rate for that size room.

I paid over $300 to sleep on a roll-away bed.  They also charged us an additional $25 to dine in the Cove Restaurant, which was our choice, however upon entering the restaurant, the staff knew nothing about it and was instructed to take everyones cards to bill it the to cabin.  So we paid extra for nothing.

There was one working elevator on the ship, my travel partner is handicapped and uses a cane so getting anywhere was quite trying.  When you ask the information desk there on the ship, they know Nothing.  We also had very little AC in our room.

Overall this was a very disappointing trip and quite expensive for one day out on the ocean.  We will never go back.
