On April 28, I paid for a replacement lamp for my Sharp XV-10000 projector from
a website called projectorlampsworld.com.  The product number is ANK10LP.  They only accept PayPal for payment.  The amount was $375, including shipping.  The item was described on their website as follows:

"Manufacturer: SharpProjector Model: XV-Z10000Lamp Part Number: BQC-XVZ100001Condition: Brand New - In BoxSharp XV-Z10000 Replacement Lamp (bulb & housing)Price: $356"

They sent me the wrong part, which was not in a manufacturer's box, which I received on May 12.  I sent them photos of both what I was supposed to receive and what I did receive.  They ceased responding to my emails for several days, then finally
admitted on May 20 that they did send the wrong part.  I have been asking every day for them to give me an RMA to send the part back to them and to refund my money. They have refused to do either.  Finally, on May 21, they again refused to give me an RMA and instead want me to pay $19 to ship this wrong part back to Hong Kong.

Their website promises a money-back guarantee and that they will provide an RMA:

"All our lamps are covered under warranty for 90 days from date of invoice.  We will e-mail you, immediate after your purchase, the respective Invoice and RMA (merchandise authorization number) number unless otherwise specified.  The 90
day guarantee is applied starting on the day you purchase your projector lamp."

They have refused to honor this promise.  The fact that they are now wanting me to pay more money makes me think this whole thing is some kind of scam.  The fact that they will not give me an RMA to fix their error makes me think they are fraudulent,
especially since their own website promises to provide an RMA.
