While ordering their product we ran into issues with their website.  Our payment method was declined per error messages displayed on the screen.  We changed the payment method and the order went through.  We ended up getting 2 order one for each payment method.  When we called to alert the company of the problem, they were willing to refund one of the orders after we paid the return shipping fee.  Since this was not our error, we shouldn't be out any money whatsoever and the company was unwilling to refund our shipping and handling fee.
