Complaint Review: Planet Beach Spa

When I was going to the spa it was great.  But when I informed them I was moving and wanted to cancel my membership, they became very pushy about freezing my account in case I moved back, etc.  I explained I was moving out of town and wanted to cancel and filled out the paperwork that day and never went back.

I was checking my credit card statements and noticed they never stopped charging me.  I admit I should have checked sooner, but who would have thought they would be that shady to try and continue to charge me?!  I called to talk with them and they said they have no record of my cancellation (shocker), but if I could provide proof then they would credit me.  I'm searching, but in my move paper work like that gets lost.  

If you are considering the membership....stay away!  If you are a member, watch your statements if you cancel and don't lose that paperwork!  I've seen multiple complaints on various websites about this company doing this.  I wish I would have seen that before!
