Petspectation Took my money and don't send product Internet

 Signed up for petspectaion on June 29th was not and still can not schedule a delivery. The sight does not work I have emailed them and it takes several day to hear back and they just say basically to try again I have sent many emails and they no longer answer they have not fixed there sight. I have now asked a few times to be refunded my money They don't answer or refund like there policy says it has been a month I had also paid extra for the fast service and have not gotten anything
