Pestrong Pestrong Next Generation Chemical Dishonest company. They emailed me saying they carried a specific item to be told the name was changed. They charged me 10% cancellation fee. Suwanee Georgia
On September 21, 2014 at 6:04 PM, I emailed Pestrong to ask if they carried the chelated-palm-nutrional-liquid-fertilizer. I received a reply on September 22, 2014 at 10:27 AM with the word Yes.. i placed an order on September 25, 2014 for 6 pints. I received a call from Pestrong on September 25, 2014 at 11:55 AM to notify me the manifacturer of the product Southern AG changed the name of the liquid. I called Southern AG to be told there was no name changed. I immediately called Pestrong to cancel my order.
They charged me 105 cancellation fee even though the emailed me saying yes the carry that specific fertilizer and before the merchandise left their store.
I stll have the email saying yes they carry this specific fertilzer.
