I purchased Quadrafire Pellet Exhaust Combustion Blower 812-4400 on Aug 03, 2018 and installed myself soon after arrival but really didn't have a chance to use until a couple of weeks ago around Oct 1st, within a couple of weeks this motor started making noise like a squeeking sound, I contacted Jason Munson and he sent me to a website about decibel readings or noise levels, within a few days the motor quit and it blew the 7a fuse, I again contacted Jason and requested another motor explaining that thiis one had failed, it was and is still under warrenty but said I need to pay a deposit never stating what this deposit was, so far I have not received any more email messages from Jason as to where to send this motor to, this was several days ago, today is 10/23/2018
