Original Diet Patch, Aka Snooze&Lose ripoff, fraudulent billing, hasn't refunded $169 to credit card after return of unordered product, now phone disconnected Internet
I responded to web ad for free sample diet patch. The only charge was $2.90 for shipping. My credit card was billed for $169.95. I could not identify the charge on my card and called the credit card company. They were able to provide the name and phone number of the company who charged the card and we made a joint call to them.
It turned out to be a 3rd party biller in Isreal who had no knowledge of the product and could not reverse the charges without authorization from the compnay who sent the product. I did not order a product. I called the company and, after much difficulty getting through on the phone they said that a supply of the product was on it's way and that if I returned it they would reverse the charges.
A few days later I received an unordered supply of a product which I didn't open and mailed back to the company. After 2 months The charge is still on my card and now the phone number is disconnected.
