Old Glory Mint National Note of Utah PAID FOR SILVER COINS BUT NEVER DELIVERED South West Jordan, Utah

I got a quote from Reed, the Manager at Old Glory (www.oldglorymint.com) & paid them in advance as required.  They asked me to pay using PayPal Friends and Family, which it turns out eliminates any recourse I have for their failure to deliver.  The product was to be delivered the week of July 2, 2012, but never came.  When I contacted them, I received a letter saying they were in receivership and my order would not be shipped.  It included a link to a law firm & a lawyer, Wayne Klein, and a form to fill out.  I completed the form and called the law firm who said they didn't know anyting at this time and could not tell me when they would know anything.

Old Glory has some interesting looking products, but their owner, Wayne Palmer, is apparently being investigated for alleged investment fraud at National Note of Utah (www.nationalnote.com) of a group of real estate investors and all his assets have been seized.  Hopefully the Judges will protect us innocent by-standers who prepaid for a product and where not involved in any investment scheme.

I had a friend who was about to make a $15K investment if my product was good, but has backed out because of this.  IF I can get my silver coins I ordered (highly unlikey), I may consider Old Glory Mint for future orders, but will never pre-pay them again, but for now, I would caution everyone to not use them, but rather try somone like Northwest Territorial Mint www.nwtmint.com
