OCWEN, FSB You are SCREWED if you have a mortgage with them!!!
I lost my home of 13 years after a mistake that OCWEN made!!! They sent me a letter saying "opps, we're sorry, but we've noticed that we have not escrowed your account properly for the last 5-7 years; therefore, you have this enonormous negative escrow balance and we are raising your monthly payment by $400." Guess what...if you don't just happen to have an extra $400 a month lying around...poof! Your house is gone! BEWARE!!!!! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!!!!!!!
