Complaint Review: NomNomNow

NomNom now is a fresh dog food delivery service that would have been a great service for my dog but they are deceitful. When asking for more food for our dog they filled the bags up with water to make it heavier. They charge upon weight. So instead of heavier bags of food i got what looked like watery soup. When confronted about this i received the worst attitude. I did not deserve that Type of customer service at all. They delete all negative comments. Here’s a tip, always be weary of a company with strictly positive reviews. Nomnomnow stop deleting your reviews and listen to your customers!!
