Within 10 min of arrival, Joe (the owner)was urging me to contact my insurance company and offered to contact a remediation company he works with because it was apparently a sewer problem and "the situation looked bad".  While I was skeptical about this assessment from the beginning,  since they already charged $80 for coming out I opted to have them rooter the drains and agreed to their least expensive level of warrantied service which was quoted at about $400. This fix appeared to work, but it only lasted for a couple of hours after they left. Without going into too much detail and technicalities (which are available in case anyone is  interested)... the final bill was $2700 and included very dubious amounts and charges.

Our insurance co. (huge and reputable) said it was an "outrageous" amount for the work they did, that the invoice contained redundant and unnecessary charges, and that the cost should have been between $500 to $700 at the most.  I tried to negotiate the amount with No Worries but they weren't willing to lower the amount, so we agreed that Joe will try to contact the insurance adjuster and that we'll talk again after that. Instead, 3 days later we received a "preliminary 20 day lien notice".  So I guess negotiations are over?

Stay away, they're scammers and they've been caught before - on Dateline NBC "How To Spot A Plumbing Scam" where "Joe" is "Adrian" www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOYoDqG8tjk
