Neighborhood Property Solutions Christopher Dec NPS failed to properly install vinyl siding. There is ongoing stormwater infiltration around most windows as he chose not to install flashing around all 100 windows of this 26 unit residential building. There is a lot of stormwater damages, mold and mildew. The interior stairwell has a musty stench after it rains.
Mr. Dec could not justify an invoice that he created on an account ledger for materials that don't exist in the amount of $24, 000.There were no vinyl cedar shakes, no 16" PVC and there was no equipment rental. FFCA, learned from an audit that the permit cost $865 and FFCA was billed and paid Mr. Dec $1200.
Mr. Dec serves himself. He carried no insurance. Mr. Dec resigned as property manager at FFCA before facing consequences of trial..
