Last summer I ordered a suit from My Suit Shop and was billed twice for it. When I noticed the overcharge I contacted the company and was told that the overcharge would be corrected. I naively expected that they would take care of it. They promised that it would be taken care of within two billing cycles of my credit-card.

Of course, this never happened and as it turns out two billing cycles is also the window of opportunity to make a complaint/investigation with Visa.

I made several subsequent attempts to remind My Suit Shop to take care of the matter, and they eventually directed me to e-kostym.com, -- which administers the My Suit Shop website, and supposedly manages the billing.

This did nothing as far as getting my money back. I was emailed a scanned copy of a letter that they claimed was sent to their bank asking for the refund to be processed. This resulted in nothing.

I eventually explained that I would even be willing to accept alternative forms of payment for the refund -- including store credit, but was still not offered my money back.

I suggest that prospective buyers avoid these Thailand based organizations known as www.e-kostym.com and www.mysuitshop.com

I am not happy that they abused my trust and continue to leave the issue unresolved. I will be reporting back on this matter --
in the mean time, take your custom tailoring elsewhere.
