I placed 2 separate orders with this vendor. The first was on May 18th, the second was on June 11th. This business clearly states that due to the current pandemic, expect 25-27 days for arrival of your order but it should arrive sooner.  It has been well over that amount of time since my first order was placed, I requested a refund and they refused. They told me they would reship it, but the problem is it is impossible to actually speak to a person within this organization. When they are contacted with a complaint, the responder seems to simply select a pre-drafted, impersonal response and shoots it back.

Why do they have these pre-drafted responses to complaints? Well, one could only assume that it is because they are used to customers being upset when they have not received what they paid for. Additionally, they print shipping labels and send "Your Order has Shipped" emails but do not actually send the product at that time. I suspect they are not backed by any capital and have to wait for enough orders to come in ($) so that they can make a bulk purchase from their supplier.

This business also has a PAID TrustPilot profile. It is clear that it is a paid account because my entirely candid, and honest review that I supplied substantiation (proof of my orders) for was removed. The TrustPilot page for this business is entirely loaded with manufactured, fake positive reviews. I suspect other complaints were removed just as mine was. There is a reason ModafinilXL and it's other entities direct the customer to TrustPilot. That reason? Again, they pay TrustPilot to create fake hype that they are a trustworthy vendor. It is total deception and a scam.

My hope is that others searching the web for an honest and transparent modafinil and armodafinil vendor do not get taken advantage of and burned as I have been. The name associated with this business is Daniel Santos. Whether or not there actually is a real Daniel Santos, or that is just an alias/face of the business remains to be seen.

Vendor Responded

My first order arrived and did not work. It had probably been exposed to high heat for too long in transit. I contacted the vendor and they made it right by issuing a refund in full. I appreciate the reciprocation.

These crooks burned me too. They took my $ for an order a LONG time ago now. I've written it off. Their customer service reps DO NOT respond with anything but complete bullsh*t. I'm so angry that I trusted this sorry excuse for an outfit.
