MCi Worldcom Wireless nasty ripoff threatening company needs to be shut down!

I am a very frustrated Worldcom Account holder. I to will no longer call Worldcom. Today was the last straw. I have written to the New York Better Business Bureau hoping, now they can help. My son took this account out last June.

Our monthly statement has never been correct yet. We are suppose to have free long distance, no roaming charges inside our calling area, 250 minutes, free night and weekends. We are charged roaming for every phone call even if we call next door. I have called them every month and get the run around. I wait for between 1-3 hours to get through and still can't get anyone to straighten out this mess. Now I have a service suspension notice, a delinquent bill and threatening to disconnect and charge us early termination.

I told them in the beginning that if they wouldn't straighten out this mess I wanted out of the contract. They are screwing up my credit. I have paid every month what is due and not a dime more. There customer service stinks...
