Complaint Review: Massage Envy

Massage Envy will not refund my money with a valid complaint, now will they or have even tried to contact me. Goodyear Arizona

 I purchased a one-year contract with Massage Envy. As of 15-DEC-17 I have 10 unused appointments. I have never used any. I was going to use these as gifts throughout the year to friends and associates. With the news of "sexual misconduct" I asked my contract to be canceled with a full refund. I called this store and was told that the manager would call me back to discuss. I have not heard a word from anyone. I wrote an email to Corporate Offices of Massage Envy also requesting a cancellation and refund. Two weeks later I have not heard anything. I received a new debit card and forgot to notify Massage Envy and didn't realize it until I tried to access my account. Because my payment was a day late I couldn't access my account information. REALLY? I have not given them my new debit card number because with the bad publicity I have 10 unusable appointments ($65.00 a piece). It is not my fault Massage Envy let this happen and I should not be penalized in the least for their poor business practices. No one wants to be bothered to contact me in regards to this situation. SEXUAL MISCONDUCT IS NOT OK!
