Vikasdeep S/o sh. N.R.Arora resident of chandigarh went to Maruti suzuki autopace service centre at industrial area phase 1 chandigarh for 3rd free service of my vitara brezza car. The service included free  engine oil change, tyre alignment and balancing etc. which does not consume much time. I entered the service station at around 9.35 A.M , they opened my job card at 9.57 A.M  invoice no. 002/BR/19005012 and handed over the car to me at around 4.00 P.M.

There was no system at all in receiving, washing and servicing the car, my car went to washing area 2 times which took too much time due to engagement of more cars. You are request to warn the service centre and to give me priority on my next visit
