Dear Dr. William Serrata,

I am enrolled in classes for the upcoming summer session at EPCC, and my tuition payments are managed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). However, the school is experiencing difficulties in collecting the tuition payment from the VA. I received a courtesy copy of an email in which school staff requested tuition-related documents from VA employees. It is unclear whether the school has received the necessary documents to process the payment.

On Tuesday, May 21st, I received a text message from the school informing me that the tuition payment is due no later than 5 PM on Tuesday, June 4th. However, later that same day, I received an email stating that the tuition payment was due no later than May 17th. This second email appears to have been sent in error, as it cannot be a valid notice. Therefore, I am planning for the tuition payment deadline to be June 4th. This will allow me time to meet with Ms. Maria Leon Guerrero, the EPCC employee responsible for handling tuition payments for veterans.

I need your assistance in scheduling an appointment with Ms. Leon Guerrero, as my previous attempts to reach her by phone have been unsuccessful. It is also worth noting that this confusion regarding tuition payment is not an isolated incident. Similar issues have occurred within the academic setting at EPCC, where teachers have provided inconsistent information to students without adequate supervision from the school authorities.  Professor Ethan Rondeau being the latest instance.

I look forward to meeting with Ms. Leon Guerrero to resolve these issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
