Complaint Review: Lynn's Day Spa

Lynn's Day Spa My husband called and purchased me a spa package over the telephone. He thought it would be a nice thing to do considering I had a baby 6 weeks earlier. When I called to make my appointment they had no knowledge of the packages purchased. They refused to make an appointment then when asked for a refund they refused a refund. I brought a copy of the credit card bill that showed a charge of $485.00. Columbia Maryland

My husband called and purchased me a spa package over the telephone. He thought it would be a nice thing to do considering I had a baby 6 weeks earlier. When I called to make my appointment they had no knowledge of the packages purchased. They refused to make an appointment then when asked for a refund the owner refused a refund. I brought a copy of the credit card bill that showed a charge of $485.00. I never received gift cards or services. He had to call the credit card company to report them and filed a complaint to BBB. I feel that since it was less than $500.00 they think they can just keep the money and be rude.
