Complaint Review: Litton Loan Servicing

my home loan was sold to litton loan nov 2008 after failure of wa mu what a great bank to fail I cryed, anyway litton from the very begining was a problem do not want to honor my loan modification I had with wa mu , litton said I had an ajustable rate when I didnt I had a fix rate wa mu have sent the modificatin papers 2 times and the law firm wa mu used also sent copies litton claim they havent recieved any papers they raised my interet rate this month they have done so many dirty things to me it will take a yr to tell some one help me someone to fight these people I have no money for a lawyer Im 63 yrs old struggling alone and all i want is justice from this company I cant pay the increase on my morage payment there asking I will louse my home I want to team up with others to get justice now not after Im homeless.please anyone local in Houston contact me maybe a congresman or woman can help a lawyer some one help me Ive worked to hard to get a home to let them take it from me this company need to be closed by the state of tx they have hurt to many people.
