Litton Loan Servicing, LP took over possession of my loan in November 2008.  When I was notified from them my loan amount increased $6000.00.  I immediately files a dispute with Litton and have been disputing with them ever since.  My home is currently in foreclosure and Litton Loan can't produce any of the documents from my original loan closing.  First they tell me they don't have them, then they tell me they ar not required to have them, then I was advised to contact my original servicer (who is no longer in business) for the documents my self.  Through all the deceit I have been put through I requested confirmation that Litton Loan actually has the ORIGINAL NOTE.  Again I was given the run around.  First they don;t have and are not required to have it; to yes we  are in possession of the original note.

In July 2009 I requested the ability to view this document ( the original "inked" signed promissory note) and to my surprise Litton responded in August 2009 and invited me to call and make an appointment to view the document.  I called on August 28, 2009 and spoke to a supervisor Richard Arnberg who admittedly advised me he doesn't know where this note would be kept and promised to research this.  To date I have not heard anything.  How can a lender foreclose on a property without the ORIGINAL NOTE?  They should not be allowed to move forward with any proceedings until my dispute and requests have been met.

Litton Loan Servicing, LP has to be challanged and stopped!
