 I authorised a payment for a game subscription for $28.47, I kep getting emails saying "payment successful for different charges" I contacted straight away notifying of these transactions and a case was opened, I then received an email in July saying that the charges would be fully refunded and that the case was now closed. I assumed this had happened , my husband opened the statement today to discover this had not yet been done almost 3 months later!!!
