I received my February Qwest bill with "Liberty Online Services" charging $30.85 for a website that I know for a fact was not authorized by anyone in this company. I know this because we were scammed by "Webxites" in December and the sales clerks who answer the phone are now hanging up on anybody offering any "free" services! They won't even verify the address to anyone because this is how they scammed us before.

I called Liberty/Hold and was told that they could not credit the February charge but would gladly credit the March charge. I responded by letting them know in no uncertain terms that I was not going to pay ANY charge from them and that I really didn't care who, why, when, or how this was "authorized"! I was then put on hold so the "gentleman" I was speaking with could talk to his supervisor. Of course, when he came back he had authorization to credit the February charge!

I have had it up to here with slamming, cramming, and now this, whatever it's called. This has got to stop! I am wasting too much time and energy on these people who just pick up the phone to rip somebody else off!
