Just Brakes Rip Off Scam, misleading, was charge 495.00 for changing out Rear Calipers, was charged for brake fluid and bleeding the brakes, wouldnt you think that would come with the service. Total bill was almost 700.00 for a routine brake job and rear calipers. Calipers 150 bucks each side, cost 60 bucks in a parts store. Was told 324 total price over the phone for extra work on replacing calipers and routine brake job, go to pick up and the tech said no I told you 674.00, what a joke. League City Texas
Total Scam, Paid almost 700 bucks for a routine brake job including replacing the rear calipers. Calipers 150 bucks each side, they cost 60 bucks if i was to go buy them myself. Was charged for brake fluid and bleeding the brakes 62 bucks, now wouldnt you think that was included in a brake job. Well its not. Charged for some shim kit, never heard of that one before, rear calipers come with everything you need.
Was told it was going to be 180 for a basic service, when they wanted to replace the calipers was told going to be now 324 bucks for extra work, after i go to pick up, tech says well its 674.00 I say WHAT?? you told me 324.00 He says no I didnt I told you 674.00. Total joke, called manager and Corporate, they will do nothing about it, they say we got a make a profit also.
