We too are experiencing frustration with J.D. Marvel Procucts.
We ordered merchandise in November 2002 in the amount of about $58. We received one item and one broken item and still have a third item yet to be shipped to us.

Trying to reach this company by phone is a near "mission impossible" and when we do get them their "computers are down."
