Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

Sent a check to J.D.Marvel Products for $16.90 on 1/26/03 and ordered a Mini-Dish antenna as advertised in Parade Magazine.

I called the company in February. Note, their customer service number did not answer. I got through on the number for placing an order.

The person I spoke to said they had just moved and that was the reason for the delay in shipping.

The company cashed my check in less than a week but I have never received the antenna.
