My aunt ordered two hearing devices in August 2001. Her check was cashed on August 6, 2001. She never received the product until November 2001. Both devices did not work. She returned them by return receipt within two weeks of receiving them. They signed for the products but she hasn't heard from them since. Her money has never been returned to her.
