Complaint Review: Intellius.com

After paying $49.95 for a "Background Check" on an individual for whom I already had a phone number and mailing address I received a report containing nothing but the mailing address. That's it. Oh, that plus some pointless demographics on the county in which the subject lived. I emailed their customer service department requesting a refund and received a robo-mail advising me that I would be contacted within 3 days. So far, ten days and counting. Avoid these people at all cost.
