This scam has been happening to me now for over 10 months. Integrity is just one of the players in this scam.

I will give you background. I was in a financial situaition in 2008 where I applied for a payday loan. I did not get one, as the interest rates were 726% and was able to borrow money from a friend. However in 2012 when I was in a real tight situation (work not paying me the commission I earned) I was forced to take one out. I rolled it over once. Took out $300, paid $480 back in 4 weeks. As far as I was concerned it was over with.

Fast Forward to the beginning of this year. I was contacted by a collector along with my wife, grandfather, father, and brother all in the same day. From a "sheriff" and if I didnt pay I would be arrested. They contacted all my family members. I began investigating every call I recieved. An individual named Joel Tucker owned eData Solutions which was a lead company for these payday lenders in Kansas. LTS Management, Loan Shop Online, CMG, DJR, Hydra Fund, Vandelier, JVC Processing, Shoreline Online, Global Group Holdings, Vista Holdings Group, Archway Funding, and Longboat Services to name a few. Joel got paid for every person who applied and he owned the lead all the way through. If you defaulted he also had a company Graywave Capital Management, JD Marketing, or Bahamas Marketing that would sell debt into the collection market. For a time did so legitimately until the feds cracked down on usury interest rates and the illegal debt colleciton practices. The Lenders while being responsible for the interest rates, were not responsible for the collection practices. In the end Joel was the person running all these companies and the people who "owned them" were investors really and the people who filed the taxes.

The crime begins when Joel sold the portfolios to the likes of National Credit Adjusters, Most of them were false and non existant debts. NCA knew this and started selling the debts instead of trying to collect as they knew it was bogus. Joel needed more money, so he sold the same accounts that didnt exist to Ashton Asset Management out of Chicago. so the same debts you dont owe, are now owned by 2 companies and sold to whomever would buy it from them! Keep in mind, your name and information was probably put on more than one loan so you could have 10-20 accounts of "debts" sold twice now.

Fast forward to June 2014 and Joel makes another sale to Ken Huston and Christian Lee. Same portfolios, now a third person owns them and you never owed a debt.

SAR services for Integrity and integrity gets your phone number, updated address, etc. They hire people to collect on it. They threaten lawsuits, check fraud, etc. None of which is possible in the real world, they just want to pressure you into paying. They send "Juiced" account letters stating you owe $1450 on a $450 loan you never took out. LTS Management is the lender and they have been able to confirm no debt existed.

Dont do busienss with them, dont pay them. They paid maybe $20 for your personal information. You dont owe them anything, and they wont sue you. My suggestion is that you sue them back, file a report with the CFPB, FTC, and FBI. If enough people show this scam, they will have no other choice but to shut these scumbags down. Dont be complacent. Make the complaints! It will help.

Integrity Asset Partners consumer advocate and fair minded

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Thu, September 29, 2016

We always respect and appreciate the lessons we can learn from dedicated consumers who have legitimate complaints about our specific products, services, consumer treatment and operational policies.

However we see that we have a uniquie consumer complaining with tabloid style headline who we cannot accept as legitimate, valid, or material in any actions on our part. Any knowledgable consumer with a minimum education can read the consumers complaint against us here, and derive that he listed absolutely nothing done to him by Integrity Asset Partners, Ken Huston or any employee here in the body of his complaint sans the vivid, destructive-intended headline.

The complainant used a headline :Nationswide scam-Woodland, WA"

Yet the complaintant specifically mentioned being wronged by parties and situations this Woodland, WA company had no knowledge, nor involvement with.

We never contacted this consumer. We never spoke with this consumer to collect a debt. We simply aquired a portfolio of valid consumer debts and then re-sold that entire portfolio to another entity. The complaintant then ascertained from that party that we had sold that party a large portfolio of consumer debts. Yet upon receiving a phone call from complaintant, we immediately withdrew his information from the buying agency and deleted all of his consumer information. This is our policy when we feel there might be substantive issues to consumer complaints such as he has articulated so well to over no less than ten legislative, investigative, and oversight agencies all across the U.S. over the last 14 months. And again we see this recent tabloid headline derived from nothing we have done, nor intended to do. After this consumer complained to every known entity in our busy governemtn, we remain absolutely absolved of any wrong-doing and remain committed to consumer rights and ethical treatment.

This consumer has complained to every entity possibly having a stake in monitoring consumer treatment. I reitteratem, we never contacted consumer. We immediately reversed his data and deleted his entire record and forced legally, the buying agency to do the same. If ever there was a classic example of corporate sensistivity, vigilance, responsability, and empathy it was personified in Integrity Asset Partners of Woodland, WA handling of this matter with which we never had anything material to do with.

As a collection agency, we invoke the honor of being consumer advocates. Fair, ethical treatment. Enforcement of defaulted contracts, necessary for American currency values and civil banking policies including banks ability and willingness to make future loans. We are a conscientious and essential part of this economy and this beloved Woodland, WA community. We stand ready and comitted to honor our clients and the consumers who have fallen a little behind and need a conforting partner to aid them in re-establishing their dignity.

We are proudly; Integrity Asset Partners of Woodland, WA
