Simply put. We purchased 10 power rise shades from 2013 to 2015 and spent $$$$$. Now HD has discontinued them. And several of the cartridge shades are no longer operable. And parts are no longer available. So much for the lifetime warranty. We deserve our money back for inoperable shades. Investment lost.
