Huge Telecom Huge telecom cut our line for absolutely no reason About a week ago an area manager/Rep came to our auto body repair shop from Huge telecomm to explain that cell c had gone under and that he had to put in a new sim card on our landline. After he was done fiddling with the line we could no longer get incoming calls unless it was from a telkom line. We have been desperately trying to get this rectified and these guys are taking their time, we have basically been a week without a line to our business, meaning that we losing thousands in insurance because the assessors cannot contact us, also all the thousands spent on advertising is for naught because we have no line.
This was a very destructive action from this company to cut our line this way. Receiving calls is vital for us because of all the advertising that we do, not everyone goes to email us, the greater percent is on phone calls for people to book quotes and then they cannot get in touch. Clients are now emailing us in panic because they cannot phone us, this is unacceptable and this company is damaging our company in a time where one can definitely not afford it. There are obligations that must be met and not having a working line is a direct sabotage of the business. I will post about this daily on social media until it is handled and if I have to switch companies, I will make this known on social media too. The business needs its phone to work, people need to be paid and what this company is doing is unacceptable!
