HRS USA over billing, poor communication, customer not informed on billing invoices, unavailable for customer service over the phone Carol Stream Illinois
I purchased a computer from Comp USA for school. I am single, going to college, and receive no financial assistance from my parents. As a full time student, I was extremely upset when I saw the interest rates exceeding my payments each month. I am dishing out money that should not be spent and now I am so upset that I am selling this computer. I cannot afford to pay more on top of the principle with each month. It is encouraging for me to see that I am not the only one receiving ruthless business through this company. I too, have missed billings and then later received notices with late fees. I think that this company is receiving the recognition it deserves. Obviously they are one company few people will want to invest in.
