Honda of Clearlake Excessive Overcharge Webster Texas
We are senior citizens and lost our car in the Hurricane. I came from the hospital with my husband to purchase a new car. After reading about the Honda line of cars, we rented a car to go to Honda of Clear Lake. In poor health, it was difficult to endure this process after such significant traumas in our life. As we reflect, we trusted the sales force but they never showed us a sticker price, sensing we were vulnerable.
They charged us at least $6000 to $7000 dollars in excess for a year old new car at the end of the season. They lied to us about this as well. We learned soon after we attempted to reach the salesman, that he had been fired. And we had no answers at that time. It seemed mysterious to us. We are unsure as to our options as this has been difficult for us and the monthly payment is taxing to us as it is one sixth of our income.

You were presented with a sales contract which YOU had to sign. Did you even bother to READ what YOU were agreeing to? Being a senior citizen has NOTHING to do with this!
