I preordered an item. They never got it in. I contacted them and they told me I had a store credit. I did another pre-order. They did not apply store credit and charged my card again. I thought OK it was pre-order.
I sent emails asking them to send me a certain kit and apply my store credit. No response. So I directly ordered and again asked to apply store credit. THey charged my card again. Then I see item went out of stock. I have sent several emails asking for ful refund. No response. Then told them to send me one kit and we would cll it square....No response
