HH Gregg rip-off Sold me a warranty that was invalid in my service area Bowling Green Kentucky
I purchased my first big-screen T.V. from HH Gregg and they were quick to sell me a wonderful extended warranty that would "cover everything" When I called to reap from one of the benefits of the $400.00 warranty I purchased, I was informed that this warranty was invalid for my area.
I asked for a refund approximately 6 weeks ago, but have not seen one penney. Since then I have lost the phone number of the service perfessionals that I spoke with, I only know a nice lady spoke with me by the name of "Di" She has been the only service person that seemed concerned.
