HH Gregg is a very poor company to work for. They are not the least bit concerned for employees or customers for that matter. We have been told to lie to customers. Do what ever is necessary to get the job done, even if it is not the proper way to do so.

They constantly change policies in the interest of the company and not its employees. We are forced to work six day work weeks. We are not paid any overtime even though state law states commission based employees who work beyond 60 hours in a work week are to be paid overtime.

Lack of training for employees. Lack of following OSHA safety guidelines. Basically as an former employee of HH Gregg I could go on and on about how HH Gregg does not follow proper guidelines but nothing will change anyways.

I am not in anyway a disgruntled employee but more of a concerned employee that would like to see HH Gregg change their ways.

Open door policies do not exsist, managers are more than willing to listen to what you have to say but nothing is ever changed.

Employees have been illegally terminated. Because management did not like the individual who was terminated. There have been manager and employee relations that have resulted in the employee being promoted, to a management position.

If anyone is interested I can give more information on what goes on at HH Gregg. Just respond to this email and I will respond.

I agree! I've worked there at the Indianapolis DC for over a year, only cuz the job market is so poor. "sometimes" they will post job openings and other times they dont. Sometimes when they post a job someone already has been promised. it but they just go through the motions. If one moves to certain departments that may mean a DROP in PAY. Hows that for being loyal to 'em? Your time there & learning how they do things means nothing if you should go to a different department. I too could go on & on. They need a UNION!!!
