Complaint Review: Heritage Housing of Gainesville

BUYER BEWARE!!! Our experience with this company was horrible! I have never witnessed such unethical behavior by a business firsthand, (although I feel most of this is due to the salesperson being unqualified or inadequately trained, often giving off the impression that she was overwhelmed and unable to handle the job).

They not only wasted our time (dragging on for 5 months), but continuously lied and obtained personal information for fraudulent purposes (I have documented proof of such). In addition, they have thus far refused to return down payment even though they are legally required to do so. I would definitely advise anyone in the market for a manufactured home to look elsewhere.
